Technolog’s bespoke data centre “Utility Data Services”, has sent its billionth data message in just 10 months.
The data point relates to a pressure logged site and reiterates the value and volume of data and information that is transferred via Technolog’s dedicated data centre, and further echoes the ongoing demand for data!
Kelvin Moore, Director of Data Services at Technolog Group commented; “This is a fantastic achievement for our business, especially in such a short period of time, however, in terms of data throughput a billion messages is relatively small in terms of data volume and capacity that we can accommodate. In fact we already envisage that this milestone will be achieved across our utility company portfolio even sooner in 2017”.
