The GSM and GPRS networks are used to transfer recorded data, meter readings and alarm messages to a host computer or to the Internet. 

Housed in a rugged, waterproof enclosure, Cello is suitable for installation in underground chambers. This avoids the inconvenience and expense of above-ground kiosks.
